The Booking add-on puts appointment booking on your website, connected to your calendar, for CA$99 one-time: customers pick a service and a time, you get the booking in your calendar, and both sides receive a confirmation. It is included in Business Plus and the Growth System, and it becomes the trigger for reminder and review automations.

Who this is for
Appointment businesses: salons, dental and physio clinics, medical offices, gyms with consultations, garages with service slots, driving schools, consultants of every kind. If the phone rings mostly to book, the booking page answers it.
Businesses that need to schedule rooms, equipment and several staff against each other, or manage classes with capacity, usually need more than the add-on. That is a web application, quoted after scoping.

What it costs
Booking is CA$99 one-time and is bundled into Business Plus at CA$799 and the Growth System from CA$1,299. Deposits need the Payment integration add-on from CA$99, with processor fees paid to Stripe. Appointment automation from CA$149 adds reminders and no-show follow-up; review automation from CA$149 adds the review request after the visit.
Limitations and honest notes
The add-on covers one calendar or a small team with simple rules. Resource scheduling, class capacity and multi-location staff rosters are quoted as an application.
Availability is only as accurate as the calendar. If staff do not block personal time in it, customers will book into it.
Booking reduces phone calls; it does not remove no-shows. Deposits and reminders help, and neither is a guarantee.
Questions
Which calendars does it connect to?
Google Calendar and Microsoft 365, two-way, so bookings appear in your calendar and your calendar's busy time blocks the booking page.
Can I take deposits?
Yes, with the Payment integration add-on from CA$99. Deposits go through Stripe in your own account, and processor fees are paid to Stripe.
Does it handle several staff members?
A small team with separate calendars and services, yes. Complex rosters and shared resources are scoped as an application.
I already use a booking app. Can you embed it?
Usually. If it works well, we embed it and connect the automations to it. If it does not, the add-on replaces it for CA$99.
