Accessibility statement
Redenn.ca is built to be usable by everyone, including people using keyboards, screen readers and magnification.

Our target
Redenn.ca aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That goes beyond the WCAG 2.0 Level AA standard that Ontario's AODA sets for organizations it covers.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML with one main heading per page, landmarks and a skip link.
- Visible keyboard focus on every interactive element, and no keyboard traps.
- Touch targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels on phones.
- Colour contrast chosen for readability, and status never shown by colour alone.
- Respect for reduced-motion settings.
- Forms with visible labels and error messages announced to screen readers.
- Content that works without JavaScript, except the calculators and configurator, which need it.
Known limitations
Interactive tools such as the configurator are tested with keyboards and screen readers but are the most complex parts of the site. Third-party verification widgets, if enabled on forms, are outside our control. We review accessibility when pages change and at least once a year.

If something on redenn.ca is hard to use, email [email protected] with the page address and what happened. We reply within four business hours, Monday to Friday and can provide the information in another format while we fix the problem.
