Who this is for
Businesses with a repeatable process that off-the-shelf software handles badly: a dispatcher juggling drivers and loads, a clinic tracking intake forms, a contractor quoting from a price book, a school scheduling lessons.
It is not for an idea that has not been tested with real customers yet. In that case a Launch page and a form will validate demand for CA$99 before you spend on software.
What we build
The stack is deliberately mainstream: Next.js for the application, TypeScript throughout, Supabase for Postgres, authentication and file storage, and Vercel for hosting. Row-level security keeps each customer's data separate at the database layer, not just in the interface.
Integrations are common: accounting software, a CRM, email or SMS providers, payment processing. Each is scoped as a named deliverable so the quote is honest about what talks to what.
What it costs
The build is quoted per project. The running cost is the hosting tier plus any third-party usage above the included allowances.

Limitations and honest notes
A fixed price only works with a fixed scope. We will push back on vague requirements before quoting, because that protects you from a project that never ends.
If an established SaaS product already does 90 percent of what you need, buy it. Custom software makes sense when the remaining 10 percent is where your business makes its money.
Applications that store personal information fall under PIPEDA federally, or provincial law in Quebec, British Columbia and Alberta. We build sensible defaults, but the privacy policy and consent process are your responsibility.
Questions
How do you price a web application?
By written scope. After discovery you receive a fixed price and a ship date. Changes after that are priced separately, so there are no surprise invoices.
Can you build on our existing database or software?
Often, yes. If there is a documented API or a database we can connect to safely, we scope the integration as a named deliverable.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. The repository, Supabase project and Vercel project are in your name, and you can move them to another developer at any time.
How long does a web application take?
It depends on scope, which is why the ship date is in the quote. Small internal tools can ship in weeks; multi-role customer-facing systems take longer.
