What the audit measures
The audit fetches your page from our server the way a crawler does, then checks only what that response can prove. Every result links to a fact in the HTML, the headers, robots.txt or the sitemap, so you can verify it yourself.

What it does not do
It does not estimate rankings, traffic or AI citations, because no audit can measure those. It does not render JavaScript, so content that appears only after scripts run is not seen, which is also how some crawlers see it. The accessibility checks are a handful of automated basics, not a WCAG audit.
When a measurement is not possible, for example when PageSpeed Insights is not connected or a file cannot be fetched, that check says Unavailable. A category with an unavailable check has no score, and there is no overall score unless every scored category ran. We would rather show fewer numbers than invented ones.

Is the audit free?
Yes. Enter a URL and the results appear on this page. An email address is optional and only used to follow up if you ask for help.
Why is there no overall score?
An overall score appears only when every scored category was fully measured. If performance data is unavailable, the other category scores still show.
Why does GPTBot show as Info rather than Pass or Fail?
GPTBot collects content that may be used to train OpenAI models. Blocking or allowing it is a business decision and does not affect ChatGPT search, which uses OAI-SearchBot.

The URL, results and score are saved so we can improve the tool and follow up if you leave an email. See the privacy policy for retention.
