About these terms
These terms apply to redenn.ca and to services from Redenn Informatics Inc. ("Redenn"). A signed quote or project agreement takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
Prices and quotes
Prices on redenn.ca are in Canadian dollars and exclude GST/HST and provincial sales tax. A price marked 'from' is the starting price for the standard scope; your written quote sets the final scope, price and ship date. Configurator and calculator totals are estimates from published prices until confirmed in a written quote.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless they say otherwise. Work starts when the quote is accepted and any deposit stated in it is paid.
Third-party costs
Services from third parties, such as domain registration, payment processing, telephony, SMS, email sending, AI model usage and paid software, are billed at their providers' rates. We name them in quotes and invoices.
Ownership
When the project is paid for, you own the website code and content we create for you. Domains are registered in your name. Third-party software and fonts remain under their own licences. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, traffic, leads or revenue. Search engines and AI platforms make their own decisions. We commit to the work described in the quote, done to a professional standard.
Using this website
Content on redenn.ca is for general information and is not legal, tax or accounting advice. Tools and audits report what they measure at the time you run them. Do not use the audit or other tools to test sites you are not authorized to test, or to overload any service.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Redenn's total liability for any claim about a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project, and Redenn is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Questions: [email protected].
