Who we are
This policy covers redenn.ca, operated by Redenn Informatics Inc., 91 Cookview Drive, Brampton, ON L6R 3T9. We handle personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where it applies, provincial privacy law.
What we collect and why
We collect only what each feature needs.

Service providers
We use a small number of processors, each only for the purpose listed: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (a managed Postgres database for form submissions, quotes and audits), Resend (sending email, when enabled) and Cloudflare (domain services and, when enabled, form spam protection). Some providers may store data outside Canada; where they do, it is protected by contract and their security practices, and may be subject to the laws of that country.
Retention
Enquiries, quotes and audit results with an email address are kept for up to three years after our last contact with you, then deleted. Rate-limiting records are deleted after seven days. Anonymous audit and domain-search records may be kept longer in aggregate.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email [email protected] with "Privacy" in the subject; we reply within four business hours, Monday to Friday and complete requests within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Email marketing
We send commercial email only with your consent, identify ourselves in every message, and include a working unsubscribe link, as Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requires.
