Trust and security
Your domain is in your name from the start, and the code and content we create are yours once the project is paid. This page shows where your data lives, who processes it and what happens if you leave, using only our published prices, our own records and each provider's own documents.

You own everything
You own it all. Your domain is registered in your name from the start. Once the project is paid, the code and content we create are yours: at handover you get the code and every login, or we keep managing the accounts for you on a paid plan. If you ever move to another developer, you take everything with you.
You own your domain. Redenn manages it only if you ask, and never holds a client domain hostage. How domains work.
Where your site and data live
Redenn.ca runs on Vercel. Its server functions run in Montréal, Canada (Vercel region yul1). Vercel is a US company.
Inquiries sent through redenn.ca are stored in a Supabase database in Ohio, USA (region us-east-2). Email notifications go through Resend, and forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check for spam.
Sites on Redenn hosting run on Vercel. We add a Supabase database only when a site needs one, such as for accounts, bookings or customer records. A Supabase project's region is set when it is created, so ask us which region yours will use.
Some of these providers process data in the United States. Our engineers at Redenn Informatics Pvt. Ltd. in Patiala, India, access client systems to build and support them. Information held outside Canada may be accessible to the courts and authorities of the country where it is held.

Backups
Backups are part of a hosting plan only where the plan lists them. This is exactly what each plan includes.

Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes. Any tax that applies is shown separately on your invoice.
Plan details are on Hosting. If you need backups a plan does not list, ask for them in your quote.
AI and your data
The Redenn AI assistant on this site is powered by Anthropic, a US company. What you type in the chat is sent to Anthropic to generate the replies. If you agree to leave your contact details, the conversation is saved with your inquiry.
Anthropic's Commercial Terms of Service, which cover business use of its API, say:
“Anthropic may not train models on Customer Content from Services.”
In those terms, Customer Content is what is sent to Anthropic's services (Inputs) and the replies they generate (Outputs).
Please don't share health, payment or immigration-file details in the chat.
For AI products we build for you, the model provider is named in your quote, and its usage is billed by the provider directly to your own account.

Payments
There is no online checkout. We invoice in Canadian dollars and send a secure payment link by email. Payments are collected by Redenn Informatics Pvt. Ltd. through Razorpay.
Card details are entered on Razorpay's payment page and never reach us.

If you move on
Leaving should be straightforward. When you move to another developer, you get:
- The code repository
- Every login and credential, transferred to you, including any accounts we were managing for you on a paid plan
- The domain transfer code, if you move the domain to another registrar
- A short README that explains how the site is built, run and deployed
Because the domain is in your name and the code and accounts are yours once the project is paid, another developer can take over without starting again.
