Redenn develops business websites in Next.js, React and TypeScript, deployed to Vercel so pages are served from a global CDN with no plugins to patch. The five-page Business package is CA$499 and includes Search Setup; larger builds move to Business Plus at CA$799 and the Growth System from CA$1,299.

Who this is for
Businesses that have outgrown a page builder or a WordPress theme and want a site that loads quickly, is easy to extend and does not need monthly plugin updates. Redenn has built this kind of site for Jagbir Transport, an asset-based trucking company in Toronto, and for Synergy Homes Inc., a design-build custom home builder in Winnipeg.
If you only need one page and a phone number, start with the Launch package instead and grow from there.
What we build
Static generation is the default: pages are rendered at build time and pushed to Vercel's CDN. Server rendering is used where content changes per visitor, such as booking availability or a logged-in area. A database (Supabase) is added only when the site genuinely needs one; a brochure site does not.
Structured data, canonical tags, an XML sitemap and a sensible robots policy are part of Search Setup, which is bundled from the Business package upward. The Google Business Profile is linked to the site so local signals agree.

Development is priced by package. Hosting is billed separately so you can see it and switch tiers as the site grows.

Limitations and honest notes
Content is the bottleneck on almost every build. Timelines start when we receive your text and images, and copywriting at CA$99 per page is available if you would rather not write it.
A component-based build is not a drag-and-drop editor. You can edit blog posts and CMS content yourself; layout changes go through Redenn as website changes from CA$29.
Vercel serves pages from a global network rather than from a server you can point to in one Canadian city. For most business sites that is an advantage; if you have a data-residency requirement, tell us before scoping.
Questions
Do I own the code?
Yes. The repository, the domain, the hosting project and the analytics accounts are created in your name or transferred to you at launch.
Why Next.js rather than WordPress?
Next.js produces static, fast pages with no plugin layer to patch, and it scales into applications on the same codebase. Some WordPress websites should stay on WordPress; the WordPress Modernization page explains when.
Can I edit content myself?
With the Blog / CMS add-on you can publish posts and update CMS-driven content without a developer. Structural changes are handled as website changes.
Which package do I need?
Starter for home, services and contact; Business if you want the search foundation done; Business Plus if you take bookings or publish; Growth System if leads should flow into a CRM.
