Redenn scopes each project to a written specification, a fixed price and a ship date, builds on a mainstream stack (Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, Vercel) and hands over code and accounts in your name. Projects are quoted after discovery.

What it costs
Every custom project is quoted from the specification. The running costs are the hosting tier (Redenn Dynamic CA$49 per month, Pro Managed CA$99 per month, Enterprise quoted) plus any third-party usage such as SMS, email, AI models or external APIs above included allowances. Changes after the spec is signed are priced separately so the fixed price stays fixed.
Limitations and honest notes
Software needs maintenance: dependencies, browser changes and integrations move. Budget for a hosting tier that includes updates and for occasional change requests.
A fixed price depends on a fixed scope. If you are not sure what you want yet, start with a smaller discovery engagement or a web application prototype rather than a full system.
Redenn does not build software that duplicates a well-run SaaS product at a lower monthly price. The savings rarely survive the first year of maintenance.

How is custom software priced?
From a written specification produced after discovery. You receive a fixed price and a ship date; changes after signing are priced separately.
What if we do not know exactly what we need?
Discovery exists for that. A short, paid discovery phase produces a specification you can take to us or to anyone else.
Will another developer be able to maintain it?
Yes. The stack is Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres on Supabase and Vercel, all widely used, and the repository and documentation are yours.
Where does our data live?
In a Supabase Postgres project in your name. Region options are chosen at setup; tell us if you have a residency requirement.
