You choose the tier by what the site does: static pages, forms and server rendering, or a database and logins.

Which tier is for whom
Lite is for a static brochure site with no forms handled on the server. Business is the normal choice for a business website with forms and light server features. Dynamic is for anything with a database or logins: booking, portals, stores, applications. Pro Managed adds staging and priority support for larger applications, and Enterprise is quoted for dedicated infrastructure, compliance requirements and SLAs.

What is not included
Third-party usage above the included tiers is billed at cost: bandwidth and compute beyond the platform allowance, storage, SMS, telephony, email sending, AI model usage and external APIs. Domain registration is separate at the registrar's live price plus CA$9.99 per year for management. Mailbox hosting is not provided; we point your email records at the provider you choose.
Limitations and honest notes
Vercel serves pages from a global network rather than from a single Canadian data centre. For most business sites that is faster for visitors everywhere; if you have a data-residency requirement, the database region is chosen at setup and Enterprise hosting can be scoped.
Hosting includes keeping the platform healthy, not changing the site. Content and layout changes are website changes from CA$29.
If hosting lapses, the site goes offline, but the code stays in your repository and the domain stays yours. Nothing is held hostage.
Questions
Where is my site hosted?
On Vercel's global CDN, in a project in your name. Databases run on Supabase in a region chosen at setup.
Can I move my site away from Redenn?
Yes. The repository, Vercel project and domain are yours. A Next.js site can be deployed by any competent developer elsewhere.
Is email hosting included?
No. We configure DNS records for whichever email provider you use, but mailboxes are billed by that provider.
What happens if usage exceeds the included tier?
Overage is billed at cost with no markup, and the monitoring on Dynamic and above shows usage before it becomes a surprise. The hosting calculator gives an estimate.
