Email automation that follows the rules and still gets read

The short answer

Email automation sends the right message at the right moment without anyone writing it each time: a welcome after a signup, a follow-up after a quote, onboarding after a sale, a check-in after months of silence. Redenn builds each sequence from CA$149 one-time, connected to your CRM or forms, with CASL consent, identification and unsubscribe built into every message.

What changes

  • Quotes are followed up on a schedule instead of when someone remembers
  • New customers receive what they need to know without a phone call
  • Dormant customers hear from you before they forget you
  • Every message is compliant by construction, not by hoping

What is included

  • Sequence design: triggers, timing, number of messages
  • Copy for each email in your voice, with your review
  • Consent capture on forms and a consent record in your CRM
  • Sender identification and one-click unsubscribe on every message
  • Sending domain setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) so mail is delivered
  • Connection to your CRM, forms or booking system

How it works

  1. 01

    Choose the sequences

We pick the two or three moments where an automated email genuinely helps, and skip the rest.

  2. 02

    Write

Short, plain emails drafted for your review, one purpose each.

  3. 03

    Build

Triggers, timing, consent checks and unsubscribe wired into your platform and tested.

  4. 04

    Measure

Delivery, opens and replies reviewed after the first month; copy adjusted.

Who this is for

Businesses with a sales cycle or a customer relationship that lasts: accountants, mortgage brokers, immigration consultants, gyms, realtors, restaurants with a regulars list. If a customer's next step is predictable, an email can prompt it.

It is not for buying a list and blasting it. That breaks CASL and burns your sending domain, and Redenn will not build it.

What it costs

Each sequence is from CA$149 one-time as an Automation. The Newsletter add-on at CA$49 connects a signup form to your email platform. Email platform subscription fees are paid to the provider; CRM Setup from CA$299 gives sequences a reliable trigger and consent record.

Limitations and honest notes

CASL requires consent, sender identification and an unsubscribe mechanism for commercial electronic messages. We build all three in, and we keep the consent record, but the responsibility for sending only to people who agreed stays with you.

Deliverability depends on your domain's reputation and authentication. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC; we cannot fix a domain that has been used for spam.

Open and reply rates vary widely by audience, and Redenn does not quote benchmarks or guarantee results. Automated email supports a relationship; it does not replace a phone call when one is needed.

Questions

Which email platform do you use?

The one you have, if it supports automation and consent records. If you have none, we recommend one that fits your CRM and volume; the subscription is paid to the provider.

What counts as consent under CASL?

Express consent is the person clearly agreeing to receive commercial messages, recorded with the date and method. Some existing relationships allow implied consent for a limited time. We capture express consent wherever possible and record it.

Can I send a monthly newsletter?

Yes, to people who signed up. The Newsletter add-on handles the signup; the sequence work covers the template and the compliance footer.

Will my emails land in spam?

Properly authenticated domains sending wanted mail to people who consented rarely do. Purchased lists and unauthenticated domains usually do.
