Social media management that turns real jobs into proof

The short answer

Social media management keeps your business visibly active where customers check before they call: Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Redenn plans a monthly calendar, turns your real jobs, reviews and team into posts, and publishes on schedule. Plans are quoted by the number of channels and the posting cadence.

What changes

  • A profile that looks alive when a prospect checks it the night before calling
  • Real photos of real work published consistently, without you sitting at a laptop
  • Reviews turned into posts so proof reaches people who never read Google
  • Google Business Profile posts kept current alongside social channels

What is included

  • Monthly content calendar for approval
  • Post writing and image or short-video editing from material you send
  • Scheduling and publishing to agreed channels
  • Google Business Profile posts each month
  • Comment and message monitoring during business hours
  • Monthly summary of what was published and what drew engagement

How it works

  1. 01

    Channel choice

We pick the one or two channels your customers actually use, and skip the rest.

  2. 02

    Calendar

A monthly calendar built around your jobs, seasons, offers and reviews, sent for approval.

  3. 03

    Collect and publish

You send photos by WhatsApp as jobs happen; we write, edit and schedule.

  4. 04

    Review

A monthly summary and a short call on what to do more of.

Who this is for

Businesses with visual work or a community: restaurants, salons, gyms, landscapers, renovators, realtors, home builders. The posts show the work; the work sells itself.

For emergency trades and professional services, social media is proof rather than a lead source. We will say so and suggest the Google Business Profile and reviews get the budget first.

Where to post first

Being everywhere badly is worse than being in one place well. This is the order we usually recommend.

Channel fit for Canadian small businesses

What it costs

Plans are quoted by channels and cadence, because two posts a week on one channel is a different job from daily posts on four. Post templates from the Brand starter add-on (from CA$199) keep the look consistent, and the review request workflow (from CA$149) keeps fresh reviews coming in to post about.

Limitations and honest notes

Organic reach on social platforms varies with each platform's algorithm, and Redenn does not guarantee followers, reach or leads. We never buy followers or engagement.

The plan depends on you sending photos and news. Without raw material from the business, posts drift into stock imagery, which is worse than not posting.

Posting does not directly change search rankings. It supports trust and branded searches; treat it as proof, not as SEO.

Questions

Do I need to be on every platform?

No. One or two channels done consistently beat five done badly. The Google Business Profile comes first for local businesses.

Will you take the photos?

You or your team take them on a phone as work happens; we edit and write. On-site photography or video can be arranged and is billed separately.

Does social media help SEO?

Not directly. It builds familiarity and can increase searches for your name, and it gives your Google Business Profile fresh posts. It is not a substitute for local search work.

Can you reply to messages and comments?

Yes, during business hours, using answers you approve. Anything involving pricing or complaints is passed to you.
