Google Business Profile optimization, done once and done properly

The short answer

Your Google Business Profile is the listing that appears in Google Maps and the local pack, and for many local businesses it produces more calls than the website does. Redenn optimizes it as part of Local Search Foundation, CA$199 one-time, which also includes Search Setup on your site and local structured data, so the profile and the website tell Google the same story.

What changes

  • Primary and secondary categories that match what customers actually search
  • Every service listed with a description, not just a name
  • Photos, hours, attributes and service area filled in and accurate
  • Website and profile agreeing on name, address, phone and services

What is included

  • Category research and selection
  • Services, descriptions, attributes, hours and service area
  • Photo set organized and uploaded, with guidance for future photos
  • Seeded questions and answers, booking link and tracked website link
  • Search Setup on your website: metadata, sitemap, robots, structured data
  • Local structured data matching the profile

How it works

  1. 01

    Access and audit

You add Redenn as a manager. We review every field against what customers search for.

  2. 02

    Optimize

Categories, services, attributes, photos, Q&A and links are completed in one pass.

  3. 03

    Align the website

Search Setup and local structured data are added so the site confirms what the profile says.

  4. 04

    Handover

A short checklist for keeping the profile current: photos, posts, review replies.

Who this is for

Any business that serves customers in a place: trades, clinics, restaurants, salons, garages, driving schools. If people search for what you do plus a city name, the profile is where they find you.

If you want the profile maintained month to month with posts, review responses and reporting, Local Search Management from CA$299 per month is the ongoing version of this work.

What we optimize

The checklist below is what a complete profile looks like. Most profiles we audit are missing half of it.

What it costs

Profile optimization is delivered inside Local Search Foundation at CA$199 one-time, which also includes Search Setup for your website (CA$99 on its own) and local structured data. Ongoing management is Local Search Management from CA$299 per month.

Limitations and honest notes

Verification is Google's process. It can require a video walk-through or a mailed code and can take time; we prepare you for it but do not control it.

We cannot remove legitimate negative reviews, and we do not flag reviews we simply dislike. We do report reviews that breach Google's policies.

An optimized profile is a foundation, not a guarantee of map rankings. Distance and competition matter, and Redenn never guarantees positions.

Questions

Do I need a website to have a Google Business Profile?

No, but a profile that links to a site with matching services and structured data gives Google more to trust. The CA$99 Launch page is enough to start.

Can you verify the profile for me?

We prepare the documents, photos and video evidence and guide you through it, but Google requires the business owner to complete verification.

Should I add as many categories as possible?

No. Categories you do not serve dilute relevance and can trigger review. One precise primary category and a few genuine secondary ones work best.

What if my profile is suspended?

We help you assemble the evidence Google asks for and submit the reinstatement request. Timing is up to Google.
