Reporting that tells you what happened and what we will do about it

The short answer

Redenn's reporting is a monthly plain-language summary of what your website, search presence, leads and reviews did, with the data sources named and next month's actions listed. It is included in every Search plan from CA$299 per month; standalone reporting for sites Redenn built or hosts is quoted.

What changes

  • You know what changed, why we think it changed, and what happens next
  • Numbers come with their source, so they can be checked
  • Periods are compared like for like, not cherry-picked
  • Gaps in the data are stated rather than papered over

What is included

  • Search: impressions, clicks, top queries and pages from Search Console and Bing
  • Local: profile views, calls, direction requests from Google Business Profile
  • Website: visits, conversions and top pages from analytics
  • Leads: count by source from the CRM where connected
  • Reviews: new reviews and rating for the month
  • Actions taken this month and planned for next

How it works

  1. 01

    Connect

Search Console, Bing, analytics, Google Business Profile and the CRM connected read-only.

  2. 02

    Baseline

The first report establishes the starting point without commentary on trends.

  3. 03

    Monthly

Each report compares the month with the previous month and the same month last year where data exists.

  4. 04

    Review call

A short call on request to walk through the report and agree next actions.

Who this is for

Any business paying for search, content or local work and wanting to know what it produced. Every Search plan includes it. Businesses on Redenn hosting who run their own marketing can have standalone reporting quoted.

If you want live numbers rather than a monthly narrative, the Business Dashboard page is the better fit; many clients have both.

How we report

  • No vanity metrics: followers, ranking screenshots and keyword counts do not appear unless you ask.
  • Every number names its source and date range.
  • Comparisons are like for like: month over month and year over year where data exists.
  • When a platform does not expose a number, the report says 'not available', never an estimate.
  • No industry benchmarks are quoted, because the honest ones vary too much to be useful.

Limitations and honest notes

Search Console data lags by a couple of days and is sampled for some queries; analytics depends on consent and ad blockers. The report is a reliable picture, not a census.

Phone calls that bypass tracking are invisible unless logged in the CRM. Attribution is only as complete as the sources connected.

A report describes; it does not promise. Redenn never guarantees rankings, citations or traffic, and the report will say so when a month goes backwards.

Questions

How often is the report sent?

Monthly, in the first week, covering the previous calendar month. A short call to walk through it is available on request.

Do you report keyword rankings?

We report impressions, clicks and the queries that produced them from Search Console, with average position shown alongside its caveats. Ranking positions vary by searcher and location and are not a promise.

Can I have a live dashboard instead?

Yes. The Business Dashboard is quoted per project and pulls the same sources continuously. Many clients keep the monthly narrative as well.

Where does the data come from?

Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, your analytics, Google Business Profile and your CRM, each connected read-only in your own accounts.
